Mark "Avatar" Mickells is the #1 135lb amateur. KETTLE BELL BOOT CAMP We will be hosting a 5-week kettle bell boot camp. The sessions will be led RKC certified instructors Mark & Nikki Snow. Cost is $40. Sessions will be Saturdays at 11:00 starting April 17th. ONLY 20 SPOTS!! Kettle bells are a great addition to your current workout regiment and change of pace.
